Landscaping estimates and invoices, organized by property.
Scope is landscaping estimating and invoicing software for recurring service and one-off projects. Save your mowing, mulch, and cleanup prices, then keep every quote, job, photo, note, and payment with the property.
A month of work, one invoice per property
Pick the client, tap your saved services, set how many times you did each one. Scope does the math, adds tax, and sends it.
Quantities are what you enter — Scope doesn't count visits for you. Each property is its own client and gets its own invoice; saved services make each one a minute or two.
The extras are the margin. Catch them at the truck.
Mulch, a shrub removal, a haul-away — the profitable part of the season is also the part that never makes it onto a clipboard.
- ✓Write the extra in the job notes on site, then bill it as a line item on the month's invoice
- ✓Gate codes, dogs and “don't touch the hydrangeas” live in the notes
- ✓Last season's estimate is in the client's history when you re-quote

What landscapers ask before they switch
Does it schedule recurring visits?
Not yet. Each job is scheduled once — create a job per visit, or skip jobs and bill the month straight from your saved services.
Can I bill monthly instead of per visit?
Yes, by hand: create one invoice per property for the month and set the quantity of each service. There's no batch billing across properties yet.
What about seasonal contracts?
Quote the season as one estimate. Once it's invoiced, record payments as they come in and Scope tracks what's left.
Does it route or dispatch a crew?
No routing or dispatch. Scope keeps the records and the money straight; the route stays yours.
